Foodie Friday: 3 Cute Coffee Bars in Barcelona

May 13, 2016

Yay, It´s time for my newest Foodie Friday edition! This month I decided to do some research on nice places to go for a coffee and hang with friends. I´ve seen many places and I came to my final selection of 3 favourites!

Petit Pots Bistro

I´ve been coming to this cute bistro for a couple of months already: to meet with friends for coffee, to have a business lunch, or just to spend some relax time in between running around for appointments. The reason why I like it so much is because it has a really comfy and stylish interior and its located in a central location: next to the metro of urquinaona, which is one block away from Placa Catalunya (the main square of Barcelona). They have amazing pastries, brunches, smoothies, coffees, teas and more… and everything is organic!

Brunch and Cake

This is a café chain which you will find all over Barcelona, but for my particular trip I went to the location in Barceloneta because it´s close to my home and just 2 minutes walking from the metro. I love the light colors in this café because they create a fresh feeling, and don´t you just love the haystack seats?! Besides the nice coffee I would also definitely reccomend Brunch and Cake for the amazing brunch menu they offer: I tried out their vegetarian Quinoa Burger and it´s to die for!

This cute café is located between Urquinaona and Passeig de Gracia, which makes it an amazing place to go for a quick fresh up when you are in between meetings during the day. What I like about this place is the colorful interior, which is a mix between a regular café and a lounge bar. They gave me quite a treat with their adorable café latte and fabulous red velvet cake!
